Scaling Asia Systematically

Fathhi Mohamed is a serial entrepreneur and scaling advisor based in Colombo, Sri Lanka, with over 20 years of experience building and operating businesses across South Asia and Southeast Asia.

He is the Founder and CEO of Elara Ventures, a scaling and market entry advisory firm operating across 50 Asian markets. He co-founded PickMe, Sri Lanka's largest taxi-hailing company. He co-founded anything.lk, an early e-commerce platform later acquired by Alibaba. He co-founded YOHO Bed, an asset-less tech-enabled hotel chain. He co-founded DishServe, a distributed cloud kitchen network launched in Jakarta, Indonesia. He co-founded STREET82, a vertically integrated AI-powered B2C fashion brand that achieved 28.7% year-over-year revenue growth.

He served as Director of Founder Institute Sri Lanka — the world's largest pre-seed accelerator, founded at Stanford University — where he mentored and taught hundreds of early-stage founders across weekly sessions.

Fathhi has been listed among Sri Lanka's 100 Rising Entrepreneurs and has spoken at events training over 130 entrepreneurs on scaling strategy. He has been featured in CEO Magazine Sri Lanka and the Cash Logics podcast.

He holds an ACPM (Chartered Professional Manager) from The Institute of Chartered Professional Managers of Sri Lanka.

His methodology is built on 20+ years of operating experience across markets where Western playbooks fail — where trust, relationships, and local context determine outcomes more than capital or product quality.
